National Partners' Meeting - Gala
DMC Ottawa provided transportation, excursions and produced a gala evening for 300 attending a national partners' meeting for Gowlings, a prestigious international law firm.
A pre-Gala reception was held at Gowlings' Ottawa office where the firm was founded. Some partners had never been there before.
With the reception at that venue and the Gala in the magnificent Grand Hall of the Canadian Museum of Civilization in Gatineau, DMC Ottawa delivered a complex shuttle from various hotels, to the Gowlings Head Office in Ottawa, to the Museum, back to the hotels. Our directional and hosting personnel made participants feel relaxed and unhurried, while completing the movement with precision, enabling the Gala with 7-course gourmet banquet to start on time.
Décor included lighting of the Grand Hall's magnificent columns accentuating the setting of authentic totem poles. Centrepieces, handcrafted by First Nations artisans, black chair covers and white-gloved food and beverage service were seamlessly choreographed to add elegance to the evening's rich experience.
